Hi, I’m Tib Bardout — Product & Growth strategist expert in AI.

I began my career building rockets (yes, really 🚀), before leading growth across multiple countries for a listed company.

 

I later transitioned into Head of Product roles at various startups and scale-ups.

 

Since 2019, I’ve been a fractional HoP/HoG, partnering with ambitious teams to tackle complex challenges in Product and Growth.

 

I’ve been working in AI since 2016—starting in computer vision—and have developed over 15 AI-powered products, mainly in AdTech, SEO, and SEA generating hundreds of millions of $.

 

Today, I focus on the next frontier: using AI Agents to amplify expertise, accelerate growth, and scale smarter.

 

I'm also a business angel, with investments in nearly 15 startups—and I love supporting teams that truly want to make a difference.
